Jeffrey R. Dundon, JD, LLM USN, Retired
Jeff was a partner in the estate planning firm of Dundon & Huddleston, LLP, and ran the firm's Centerville office. He retired in March, 2007 from the general practice of law to become the Director of Planned Giving for the University of Cincinnati. Many of his client files were transferred to Huddleston Law Group, LPA.
There are no other attorneys directly affiliated with our firm, but there are two other groups on whom we rely as needed.
We co-counsel and collaborate with other "specialist" attorneys as needed, primarily when our clients need highly specialized counsel for personal injury, domestic relations and real estate issues, especially mineral rights.
Nationally, we have working relationships with attorney colleagues throughout the United States through attorney organizations and "think tanks" to which we belong, especially WealthCounsel and ePlanners Educational Alliance. Should one of our client matters require the services of an attorney licensed to practice in another State (such as our snowbird clients in Florida, or family members of our clients wherever they may be living), we are able to co-counsel with, or refer cases to, out-of-state colleagues when circumstances warrant.
Client Support Team Jodi Howison, Paralegal
Jodi is one of our Estate Planning and Administration Paralegals. She has held paralegal positions in other areas of law, and has served as Administrator for the Board of Trustees of the Ohio State Bar Association.
Angie Hall, Paralegal
Angie is our newest team member, but has many years of experience in both our area of specialty and other legal disciplines. She works in all our areas of practice, especially probate and trust administration.
Deborah N. Huddleston, Business Manager
Debbie, a bank officer before children intervened, handles the firm's bookkeeping, personnel and insurance matters. She thinks we spend too much on almost everything, and after supervising our 2023 move to new offices after 25 years, probably wants to be replaced.
